How to Care for UV Reactive Calcite
Have you ever used a UV light (aka black light) on your blue calcite?
Less than 10% of Blue Calcites are UV reactive and will glow a deep reddish pink.
If you have a UV reactive blue calcite and you'd like to keep it that way, don't leave it exposed to the sun as its UV reactive magic will fade over time.
Does a UV reactive calcite have different properties? Slightly, yes.
Anything that has a UV or especially a phosphorescent quality has a super power.
