No refunds or store credit for books, card decks, crystals, plants, etc.  

Store credit may be issued for unworn jewelry if you contact me within 7 days of purchase.

If you are shipping something back for store credit, please email me first.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
