Crystals for Working with Masculine Energy
Masculine energy is great for logic and figuring out “the how” It can bring a sense of certainty to our journey, to our decisions, to our goals, and “the how” can also bring in justification for something that we are working through or a challenge that we're going through.
Here are my favorite crystals for working with Masculine energy:
Shiva Lingam
Shiva Lingam helps us with recognizing our masculine energy but also the masculine energy that is around us. It helps us accept it and work with the logic and reasoning in a balanced way.
Black Obsidian
Black Obsidian helps us with staying focused on things and seeing things through completion. The feminine side of Black Obsidian is going to bring balance to the masculine. Black Obsidian is really good for helping bring emotions up to the surface so we can process them.
Banded Agate
Banded Agate helps us break free of repetition and be more creative. Creativity is more of the female or feminine energy so this is another really good balancing stone of masculine and feminine but helps you think more out of the box.
Sodalite
Sodalite is really good for focus. It's also very soothing and can help the masculine energy which is to be warrior like and fierce. It can help bring in relaxation and a sense of calm. It helps the masculine stay away from just jumping into anger or being really reactive.
Hematite
Hematite reminds us that there's always a time to be strong and there's also a time to go back within to reground. It can also help us be cool and collected and helps us with scattered energy.
Tiger's Eye
Tiger's Eye is good if you feel like you need a little bit more of passionate drive and that strong and fierce energy. It’s a really great stone to help pull that masculine energy up to the surface.
Lapis Lazuli
Lapis Lazuli supports focus and also soothes anger but on the more feminine side, it brings in balance.
